Gujarat Containers has informed that Narendra D. Shah who had been working as company secretary and compliance officer of the company has been resigned for his position with effect from March 31, 2011. Manisha is appointed as the compliance officer in his place with effect from April 01, 2011.
Consequently, Manisha shall act as the secretary of all committees formed by the company viz. audit committee, shareholder's / investors grievance, remuneration committee.
