Tata Power Delhi Distribution (TPDDL), a joint venture (JV) of Tata Power and the Government of Delhi, has launched a lighter, mobile-friendly version of its existing corporate website. With this new website, consumers can now access the company’s offerings through mobile devices from anywhere in the world. Accessible from its existing URL (http:// www. tatapower-ddl.com), consumers can also get details of a power outage, learn about the specifics of their electricity bill and pay them online, get their last three billing consumption and payment details, and would also be able to register for a new connection while being on the move. Furthermore, consumers can use this platform to update their mobile number and email, report safety related incidents while also acquiring information about tips to save energy.
