Essel Propack has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, has recommended Dividend of Rs. 1.25 (Rupee One and Paise Twenty-five) per equity share on 15,71,01,285 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2014, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The date of payment of dividend will be on or after July 11, 2014.
