Premier Polyfilm has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2014, approved a proposal for setting up of a new unit at Company’s Industrial plot at Sikandrabad District Bulandshahar (UP) for manufacture of PVC Sheeting and Films, Soft touch cushion type of Artificial PVC Leather cloth, knitted Fabric and PVC calendered Geomembranes and various other superior products at an estimated cost of Rs 1,550 Lacs (excluding Working Capital) to be met by the bank loan and unsecured loan from promoters and internal accruals.
