Vardhman Special Steels has reported 34.32% growth in its total sales during Q4 FY14 to 23891 million tonnes (MT) as compared to 17786 MT during same quarter previous year. Moreover, the company’s sales increased by 18.26% in FY14 to 90364 MT as compared to 76412 MT in FY13.
Meanwhile, the company’s total production during quarter under review increased by 8.14% to 25330 MT as compared to 23423 MT during corresponding quarter last year. For the full year, the company’s total production surged by 14.40% to 95159 MT as against 83178 MT in FY13.
Vardhman Special Steel is a niche player in the special and alloy steel market of India.
