Sanjay Leasing has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on December 27, 2011, has considered and decided to raise funds up to Rs. 10 crore by issue of equity shares of the company on preferential basis to person in the promoter group as per the provisions of Chapter VII of the SEBI (issue of capital and disclosure requirements) regulations, 2009, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company under section 81(1a) of the companies act, 1956 and decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 50 lacks to Rs. 150 lacks and consequent alteration in the capital clause of memorandum of association of the company, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company under Section 16 and 94 of the companies act, 1956. It has decided to convene an extra-ordinary general meeting of the members of the company on January 25, 2012 to seek their approval for the above matters.
