Teesta Agro touches the roof on getting nod to dispose off fertilizer unit at Rajasthan

Teesta Agro Industries is currently trading at its upper circuit limit of Rs. 11.56, up by 0.55 points or 5.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 11.01 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 11.56 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 11.56 and Rs. 11.56 respectively. So far 1400 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'T' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 14.25 on 08-May-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.14 on 08-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 12.15 and Rs. 11.01 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 6.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 44.59% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.75% and 51.66% respectively.

Teesta Agro Industries has received an approval to dispose off the company’s fertilizer unit situated at Chittorgarh district in state of Rajasthan. The board of directors at its meeting held on June 12, 2014 has approved for the same.

The board also approved the Postal Ballot format to facilitate the shareholders to exercise their voting right through postal ballot, as per Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013.
