Vaibhav Global has informed that ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the company at its meeting held on June 20, 2014 has allotted 54,538 Equity shares of Rs. 10 each to 'Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust', pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options. Consequent of the said allotment of 54,538 Equity Shares, the paid up Share capital of the company has increased to Rs. 32,26,68,850 consisting of 3,22,66,885 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each.
