Kaithal Tollway, wholly-owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers, has executed concession agreement with NHAI for the project of Four Laning of Kaithal - Rajasthan Border Section of NH-152/65 from km 33+250 (Design Km- 0.500) to km 241+580 (Design Km 165.759) in the State of Haryana to be executed as BOT (Toll) on DBFOT Pattern under NHDP Phase - IV.

The company has posted a rise of 133.71% in its net profit at Rs 115.78 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 as compared to Rs 49.54 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
