Bank of India has informed that the Government of India, ministry of finance, and department of financial services vide their notification dated December 27, 2011 has appointed M. S. Raghavan as executive director of the bank. He has taken over charge on December 28, 2011. He will replace B. A. Prabhakar ex-executive director, who has been elevated as chairman and managing director of Andhra Bank.
