Godrej Appliances, consumer durables arm of Godrej Industries is planning to focus on premium products along with new launches across product categories in the next couple of months.
In this regard, the company has launched its Godrej Edge Digi range of refrigerators, a hybrid product that offers both direct cool and frost-free mode in the price range of Rs 19,350-21,350. Now the company is planning to launch washing machines, microwave ovens and air-conditioners.
Moreover, the company is expecting to grow its revenues by 30 per cent this year to Rs 2,700 crore from Rs 2,100 crore last year. The company made significant production capacity enhancement in the last few years. This year, the company is looking to consolidate its capacities.
