Career Point has informed that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2014 has granted 5000 options to the eligible employees of the Company under the CPL Employee Stock Option Plan 2013 of the Company. Each option so granted to the eligible employees shall carry a right to subscribe 1 Equity Share of the Company upon vesting and payment of exercise price of Rs. 100 per share. The said Stock Options granted shall be vested over a period of 1 year from the date of grant and entitled to exercise the options up to period of 4 years from the date of vesting.
