IL&FS Transportation Networks’ wholly owned subsidiary incorporated in Singapore - ITNL International, has mandated Barclays Bank PLC and CLSA to act as joint lead managers for a Reg S RMB denominated bond offering. The bonds are proposed to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the issue is expected to be launched in the near future subject to market conditions.
IL&FS Transportation Networks has been involved in the development, operation and maintenance of national and state highways, roads (including urban roads), flyovers and bridges in Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Jharkhand and Rajasthan.
