Corporation Bank has opened one new branch at Dwarka in New Delhi. This new branch is named as Corp Excel branch under Project Sankalp - the business process re-engineering project of the Bank. The interiors of the branch have been designed aesthetically and the layout is demarcated between customer facing and operations work. This new branch also has e-lobby provided with self-service automation kiosks like cash deposit machine, self-service passbook printers, cheque deposit machine, and so on.
Corporation Bank is a Mangalore-based mid-sized public sector bank which was established in 1906. Government of India is the majority shareholder holding 59.82% stake in the bank.
