Future & Option (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 2,10,795.86 crore on July 9 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 54,31,136.
Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 17,484.62, Stock Futures Rs 32,214.10 crore and Index Options Rs 1,48,067.85 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 13,029.30 crore.
For the day, the total F&O PutCall ratio stood at 0.81, while Index Options PutCall ratio was 0.84 and that of Stock Options was 0.49.
The top five scrips with highest PCR on OI were ITC (1.35), Just Dial (1.34), ACC (0.95), Maruti Suzuki (0.93) and UBL (0.88).
Among most active underlying, IRB Infrastructure Developers witnessed a contraction of 0.37 million of Open Interest in the June month futures contract, followed by State Bank of India witnessing a contraction of 0.01 million of Open Interest in the June month contract; while Infosys witnessed a contraction of 0.15 million of Open Interest in the June month futures contract, Reliance Capital witnessed a contraction 0.01 million of Open Interest in the June month contract and Larsen & Toubro witnessed an addition of 0.10 million of Open Interest in the June month's future contract.
