Orient Green Power Company has decided to issue and allot of Securities to qualified institutional buyers upto Rs 400 crore. The board of company at its meeting held on July 09, 2014 has approved for the same. Further, the above allotment is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 12, 2014.
