Pratibha Industries surges on plan to raise funds up to Rs 250 crore through QIP

Pratibha Industries is currently trading at Rs. 63.20, up by 1.45 points or 2.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 61.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 62.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 64.80 and Rs. 60.00 respectively. So far 2194875 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 66.70 on 07-Jul-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.80 on 22-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 64.80 and Rs. 53.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 624.02 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 46.95% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.23% and 36.82% respectively.

Pratibha Industries has received an approval for raising of funds through QIP issue up to Rs 250 crore subject to approval of shareholders to be obtained through Postal Ballot. The board of directors at its meeting held on July 17, 2014 has approved for the same.

Pratibha Industries is engaged in the business of integrated infrastructure solutions. As the company moves ahead, it has laid increased emphasis on devising its business strategy on aggressive top line growth, a de-risked business model and increased operational efficiencies.
