Tide Water Oil (India), a member of Andrew Yule Group and a leading lubricant manufacturer in India, has formed a 50:50 joint venture with JX Nippon Oil & Energy. The JV company will be called JX Nippon TWO Lubricants India. The venture is for production and marketing of the latter’s lubricant branded under ‘Eneos’.
Eneos would be manufactured in Mumbai and Chennai units of Tide Water Oil (India). The three other units of the company are based out of Kolkata, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Faridabad.
Tide Water Oil Company is a part of the multi divisional Andrew Yule group that has diverse interests in Engineering, Electrical, Tea Cultivation, Power Generation, Digital Communication Systems and Lubricants.
