State Bank of Travancore has informed that Ramesh Chandra Srivastava, General Manager (Associates & Subsidiaries) A&S Group, State Bank of India, Mumbai was appointed as one of the Directors of the Bank with effect from the July 17, 2014 under Clause ( c ) of Sub-section (1) of Section 25 of the State Bank of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act 1959. Ramesh Chandra Srivastava replaced Purna Chandra Jena who has resigned from the Directorship of the Bank.
