Yes Bank gains on reporting 10% rise in Q1 net profit

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs 544.00, up by 7.35 points or 1.37% from its previous closing of Rs 536.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs 537.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 548.80 and Rs 534.75 respectively. So far 285136 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs 588.00 on 16-May-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 216.10 on 28-Aug-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 562.70 and Rs. 527.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 22466.43 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 22.23% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 65.65% and 12.11% respectively.

The bank’s net profit for the quarter rose by 9.64% at Rs 439.48 crore as compared to Rs 400.84 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Its total income has increased by 9.34% to Rs 3105.21 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 2839.97 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

The bank’s gross NPA for the April-June quarter of the current fiscal stood at 0.33%, as compared to 0.22% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, bank’s Net NPA stood at 0.07% in Q1FY15
