Karur Vysya Bank (KVB), a private sector lender, has opened a new branch at Vizag-Seethammadhara in Andhra Pradesh. With this, the bank’s branch network has grown to 593. The branch at Vizag-Seethammadhara is the bank’s 33rd branch under Vizag division and the 84th in Andhra Pradesh.

Karur Vysya Bank is among six old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
