With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 31, 2014 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting, Garware Polyester has now informed that at the Board Meeting held on July 31, 2014, Board also considered and approved the payment of remuneration to Monika Garware Modi, Vice Chairperson & Joint Managing Director, Sarita Garware Ramsay, Joint Managing Director and Sonia Garware, Joint Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 01, 2014. The payment of remuneration is subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and other applicable approvals, if any.
