ECL Finance, along with Edelweiss Financial Advisors, Edelweiss Securities, Edelweiss Comtrade, Edel Finance Company, Edelweiss Stock Broking and Edelweiss Broking, acquired the 6.18% stake in Fortis Healthcare.
