Jain Irrigation Systems has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2014.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 16.12 crore as compared to a net loss of Rs 46.51 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013. Its total income has increased marginally by 2.75% to Rs 1021.62 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 994.23 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 20.13 crore for the quarter as compared to a net loss of Rs 60.33 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Its total income has increased by 9.93% at Rs 1555.66 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1415.20 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2013.
