Shree Renuka Sugars has received an approval to call off the proposed scheme of amalgamation of Renuka Commodities DMCC into Shree Renuka Sugars. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 13, 2014 has approved for the same.
Shree Renuka Sugars operates 11 sugar mills in India and Brazil with a total crushing capacity of 20.7 million tonnes per annum and two port-based refineries with sugar production capacity of 1.7 million tonnes per year.
