Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has completed the acquisition of 18.8% equity stake in Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland (HCR) through its wholly-owned subsidiary Covington S.a r.l., Luxembourg.
The company had recently on July 07, 014, signed definitive agreements with the shareholders of Holiday Club Resorts Oy, Finland to initially acquire 18.8% of its shares with a right to increase its ownership over a period of two years.
