Thirthankar Infra has received an approval for acquisition of 100% stake in Siva Swathi Construction. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 14, 2014 has approved for the same.
The board also authorized P. V. V. Satyanarayana to take necessary initiatives for conducting due diligence and hold negotiation in relations to acquisitions and place necessary report before the next board meeting for final approval.
Thirthankar Infra, a listed company on Regional Stock Exchanges, was incorporated on July 07, 1995 in the name and style as Twin Cities Infotech. The company later shifted its objects from Software training to Infrastructure Services.
