The board of directors at its meeting held on August 19, 2014 has approved for the same. The above is however subject to the approval of the shareholders.
Rana Sugars, a Rana Group company was founded in 1992 in collaboration with Punjab Agro Corporation. The company has one of the most diversified sugar facilities in the country.
