KNR Constructions touches roof on bagging orders worth of Rs 68.37 crore

KNR Constructions is locked at upper circuit limit of Rs. 227.60, up by 10.80 points or 4.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 216.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 225.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 227.60 and Rs. 223.50 respectively. So far 5,030 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 265.45 on 07-Aug-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 46.40 on 03-Oct-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 229.00 and Rs. 202.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 640.09 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.14% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 15.93% and 13.93% respectively.

KNR Constructions, an infrastructure development company, has been awarded orders worth Rs 68.37 crore by Project Director, KSHIP, Government of Karnataka towards construction of ROB with approach at Railway Km 316/200-300, road Chainage 7+695 on Davanagere - Channagiri road and at Railway Km 60/600-700 on road Chainage 42+214 on Ramdurga - Badami road to be completed within 24 months from the appointed date.

KNR Constructions is an infrastructure development company providing engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors, namely, roads and highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
