Godrej Industries is planning to increase its employee strength by 3,000 by 2017. Out of total, the company is looking to hire 900 employees in the current fiscal. At present, the company has got 15,000 people on its roll across more than 80 countries and wants to take that total to 18000 by 2017. Meanwhile, the company's average employee age has come down by three years to 36 in the past four years.
