Credit rating agency, CRISIL Independent IER has assigned a Fundamental Grade of ‘4/5’ to Brigade Enterprises indicating the company has got Superior fundamentals. The agency has also assigned Valuation Grade of ‘5/5’ indicating the current market price has got strong upside.
Brigade Enterprises is a flagship company of Brigade Group, which is one of South India's leading property developers. The company has completed 67 residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects, covering over 6.74 million square feet of developable area.
