Malabar India Fund buys 10.70 lakh shares of Orient Refractories

Malabar India Fund has bought 10.70 lakh shares of Orient Refractories through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 92.99 valuing the transaction to Rs 9.95 crore. On the other hand, Gopal Rajgarhia has sold 11 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 93 through open market route.

Orient Refractories (ORL) is a new entity spun out of Orient Abrasives (OAL) and is engaged in manufacturing refractories and monolithics.
