SBI to bring down NPA level, may extend teaser home loan scheme

State Bank of India is planning to bring down its nonperforming assets from April-June level of 1.7% which was significantly above last year's level of 1.55%, as it starts pursuing ways to reduce fresh slippages.

The country’s largest lender, may extend its teaser home loan scheme, though a final decision will be taken at its ALM (asset-liability management) committee meeting later this month as the scheme is going to expire on September 30.crackcrack
