He has tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of the Company to be effective from November 07, 2014. Shri R. Sreeram has decided to use his experience to take up an entrepreneurship role. In accordance with the provisions of Section 168(2) of the Companies Act, 2013 his resignation becomes effective from November 07, 2014 (close of business hours).
