Minda Corporation has acquired additional 2% stake in its Joint Venture Partner, Minda Furukawa Electric (MFE). Following the acquisition, the company’s stake in MFE is increased to 51% with effect from October 01, 2014 and as per the joint venture, with this change, the management control will be with the company.

It also manufactures Die Casting Parts for auto and consumer durable industry.
