Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have raised stake in Va Tech Wabag by 257 basis points to 28.55% in Q2FY15 from 25.98% as on June 30, 2014. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have reduced shareholding in the company by 58 basis points to 21.39% at the end of September 2014 from 21.97% as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 20.63 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 126 basis points from 21.89 percent as on June 30, 2014, while corporate bodies were holding 6.7 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, down 65 basis points from 7.35 percent as on June 30, 2014. Further, promoters have reduced shareholding in the company by 73 basis points to 29.43% at the end of September 2014 quarter from 30.16% as on June 30, 2014.
