Andhra Bank trades higher on the bourses

Andhra Bank is currently trading at Rs. 68.80, up by 0.90 points or 1.33% from its previous closing of Rs. 67.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 68.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 69.40 and Rs. 68.35 respectively. So far 73110 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 110.00 on 05-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 52.40 on 29-Oct-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 70.70 and Rs. 63.65 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4062.45 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.14% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 22.03% and 17.83% respectively.

Andhra Pradesh Government has opened an exclusive account with Andhra Bank for collecting donations for providing relief to those affected by cyclone Hudhud at Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts in Visakhapatnam.

The account is CM Relief Funds (AP Cyclone Relief) bearing the number 110310100029039 in Andhra Bank’s AP Secretariat branch. The IFSC code is ANDB 000 1103. For foreign remittances the Swift code is ANDBINBB.

The donations will be accepted in all branches of Andhra Bank in the form of cash/ cheques without any charges. The remittances could also be made through RTGS/ NEFT.
