Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have decreased their stake in Reliance Power by 55 basis points to 6.35 percent in Q2FY15 from 6.9 percent as on June 30, 2014. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have increased their stake in the company by 20 basis points to 5.33 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 5.13 percent as on June 30, 2014.
Meanwhile, non institutions were holding 13.32 percent stake in the company at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 35 basis points from 12.97 percent as on June 30, 2014. While, corporate bodies were holding 1.74 percent stake in the company at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 2 basis points from 1.72 percent as on June 30, 2014. Further, promoters’ shareholding in the company was unchanged at 74.98 percent at the end of September 2014.
