Federal-Mogul Goetze (India) has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 31, 2014, has approved to change the financial year of the Company from 1st January-31st December every year to 1st April - 31st March every year in accordance with the provisions of Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013. Accordingly, the Company will prepare the financials for 15 months from January 01, 2014 to March 31, 2015 and submit unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
