The Aam Aadmi Party is unlikely to meet Delhi's Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung unless he reveals the BJP's stand on the government formation in Delhi. A letter by AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal addressed to Jung said that he would be grateful if they could tell them what is their formal stand on this issue added that he may not be able to meet him because of 'prior commitments'.

After a Supreme Court rap last week over the delay in forming the government in Delhi, currently under President's Rule, Jung had called leaders from the principal political parties in the national capital - BJP, AAP and Congress - for consultations on Monday. Earlier, in a letter to Jung conveyed in person by Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay and senior leader Jagdish Mukhi, the single largest party in the state Assembly reportedly said it has no intention of forming the government and favoured fresh elections.

Congress leader JP Aggarwal said that the Congress has also demanded fresh polls. There stand has been the same, want fresh polls in Delhi and added that BJP can't decide what to do. Earlier they had said depending on what LG says they will take a call, but now they are ready for fresh polls.
