Anugraha Jwellers has informed that the Board of the Directors of the company at its meeting held on November 05, 2014 has taken on record the Order dated October 21, 2014 received from the Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Southern Region, Chennai regarding the Shifting of Registered Office of the company from the Jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Coimbatore to the Jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. Further taking into consideration the above stated fact the Board of Directors of the company has decided to shift the registered office of the company to 'T2, 3rd Floor, Sindur Pantheon Plaza, 346 Patheon Road, Egmore, Chennai - 600 008' with immediate effect.
