Karur Vysya Bank (KVB), a private sector lender, has opened four new branches, three in the state of Tamil Nadu and one at Andhra Pradesh state. In Tamil Nadu state, the bank has opened one branch at Maduravoyal, Chennai on November 05, 2014 while other two branches are opened at Ramapuram, Chennai and Marthandam, KanyaKumari on November 06, 2014.
Besides, the bank has also opened one branch at Sri Valli Subramanyeswara Swami Temple Street, Pithapuram, East Godavari District in state of Andhra Pradesh on August 06, 2014.
Karur Vysya Bank is among six old generation private sector banks that have been identified by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to implement Speed Clearing at Mumbai.
