Vardhman Concrete has informed that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 14, 2014, for adopting, approving and taking on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter ended September 30, 2014. Pursuant to provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, and as per the terms of ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the trading window shall remain closed from November 10, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code.
