Balkrishna Industries has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2014.
The company has registered 16.47% fall in its net profit at Rs 90.16 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 107.94 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company has increased by 4.56% at Rs 882.43 crore for Q2FY15 as compared Rs 843.97 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
The company operates mainly in the business segment of tires. It focuses on the production of a range of off-highway tires that includes agricultural, industry, material handling, forestry, lawn and garden, construction and earth moving tires.
