Era Infra Engineering tumbles as IFCI sells 25.14 lakh shares of the company

Era Infra Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 7.95, down by 0.41 points or 4.90% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.36 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 7.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 8.19 and Rs. 7.95 respectively. So far 306911 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 36.05 on 13-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 7.95 on 19-Nov-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.60 and Rs. 7.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 144.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.54% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.51% and 38.95% respectively.

IFCI has sold 25.14 lakh shares of Era Infra Engineering through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 9.30 valuing the transaction to Rs 2.33 crore.
