Veejay Lakshmi Engineering Works has received an approval for merging the subsidiary, Veejay Lakshmi Textiles with itself. The board of directors at their meeting held on November 13, 2014 has approved for the same.
Veejay Lakshmi is the largest manufacturer of Two-For-One Twister (TFO) in India with more than 5000 installations worldwide. The company is the only manufacturer of Automatic Cone Winders (ACW) in India. It also manufactures Precision Propeller Assembly Winders (PW) and Random Assembly Winders (AW).
