Reliance Power’s 3690 MW Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project (UMPP) is likely to commission in January 2013, much before than its bid schedule. Moher and Moher-Amlori Extension Coal mines allotted to Sasan UMPP have received all environment and forests clearance and these mines are being developed to commence production this calendar year as required by the Sasan UMPP ahead of its commissioning.
