MRF has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 26, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs. 44/- per share on the paid-up capital as at September 30, 2014. The Company has already declared and paid two interim dividends of Rs. 3/- each per share for the above year. With the recommendation of final dividend of Rs. 44/- per share, the total dividend for the year works out to Rs. 50/- per share.
