Agre Developers has received an approval for the proposed scheme of amalgamation between the company, Future Realtors (India), Prudent Vintrade, AIGL Holding and Investments and their respective shareholders and creditors. The company has received the approval on January 20, 2012 from Bombay High Court.

Agre Developers provides comprehensive mall / property management services in India including positioning and mall advisory services. The company is engaged in setting up over two dozen shopping malls and consumption centres, all of which will be operational by this year.
