Span Diagnostics has acquired additional stake in Span Diagnostics South Africa (Pty) by purchase of 540 Equity Share of the Span Diagnostics South Africa (Pty) thereby making it wholly owned subsidiary Company of the Company.
Span Diagnostics caters to several different sections of diagnostics like Immunology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Serology, Histopathology and instrumentation. The company's manufacturing capabilities comprise of advanced infrastructure, highly trained and motivated pool of scientific and technical personnel and years of experience. The manufacturing facilities are certified for compliance to the cGMP as per the WHO guidelines, ISO 13485 : 2003 & ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.
